Co-workers, friends are shaving heads to help Paradise cancer patient

PARADISE ? Coworkers and friends of a Paradise real estate agent who was recently diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer are trying to raise funds to offset her medical expenses.

Alisha Fickert and Cindy Haskett will be shaving their heads this week as a fundraiser for their coworker, Dana Marino, who has been selling homes in Paradise since 1979. They also have several other fundraisers planned.

Anyone interested in donating can address checks to Ridge PC and write "Dana 4 Life" in the memo line. Send them to 7020 Skyway, Paradise, CA 95969.
